DELIVERY

Please note that all purchases under £25 are subject to a £6 delivery charge. If you are purchasing single kitchen gadgets, please inform us so we can try to waive this fee. 

Delivery of the Goods shall be made by our named carrier to the address of the credit card holder. We regret to inform you we cannot ship to a 3rd party address. It is important that this address is accurate. We are unable to take specific delivery details as we use Royal Mail for delivery and cannot stipulate specific delivery requirements.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 5 working days and whilst every effort will be made to ensure that any goods ordered are delivered within 10 working days of dispatch, any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. The goods may be delivered by us in advance of the estimated delivery date. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We hope that your order will be just what you wanted. But if you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 14 days for a refund. Please inform us immediately is the product is defective in anyway.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order Confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Magalotti (the goods must be in the original packaging in pristine condition with no damage). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us. We will write to confirm when your refund has been processed. Please contact us via the contact page before you return anything. We will then supply you with the address with which to return the goods.
